Job Description
This customer came to us from another shop because the radio reception was not so great after changing the radio. We did some initial diagnosis and found quite a bit of extra equipment and wiring that was not needed. When we showed it to him, he was surprised because he supposedly paid the other shop to remove all the equipment we removed.

After removing the equipment and revising the wiring, he got the improvements he was looking for. We saw this customer again a few weeks later to do some work in his other vehicle…
