Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Assist and inform new and returning customers in product selection and purchase
- Troubleshoot audio and technical issues/concerns
- Educate customers on Radio-Active’s quality products, services, and lifetime warranty
- Maintain a clean and friendly work environment where teamwork is rewarded and appreciated
- Responsible for opening and closing the shop Tuesdays through Saturdays including locking up and running nightly performance reports
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly established sales goals
Essential Skills:
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Hard working team player willing to go the extra mile for team members and customers!
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Car audio knowledge preferred, but not required (we will train you!)
- Retail sales experience preferred, but not required (we will train you!)
- Cell phone sales/contracts experience a PLUS
