Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Assist and inform new and returning customers in product selection and purchase
• Troubleshoot audio and technical issues/concerns
• Educate customers on Radio-Active’s quality products, services, and lifetime warranty
• Maintain a clean and friendly work environment where teamwork is rewarded and appreciated
• Responsible for opening and closing the shop Tuesdays through Saturdays including locking up and running nightly performance reports
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly established sales goals

Essential Skills:

• Strong oral and written English communication skills

• Car Audio Technicians (full time)
• Product Specialists (full and part time)
• Marketing Assistants (part time)
• Window Tint Installers (part time)

We offer a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of our installation services and offer this because we do the job correctly the first time. This is enhanced further when you purchase our high-quality components. If a component that you purchase from us is defective within the factory warranty period, we will handle the removal and reinstallation as well as sending the product off for repair/replacement. Some of our product lines offer a field exchange program where we will install new components from our stock to get your vehicle back on the road during the same visit.
